ETHOLOGY

The dog is, among domestic animals, which more had adapted itself to the conviviality with the human being.
Besides of provide us an excelent company, filling our hours of solitude, it executes important services at the group work.
The admiration for the disvestment of the canine character, goes back of the beginning of this relationship.
These animals’ attitudes and behaviors touch us, not just for the simplicity, but also for the most complete absence of relatiation.
The ethology is a relatively new science, that treats the animals’ ethical, individual and social behavior, studying it, just by observation and annotation, keeping the respect to the territory and privacy, without the most tenuous interference.
The father of this idea, Konrad Lorenz, had accomplished some environmental works, with his great friend and assisting Paul Leyhausen, in the beginning of this century. Later, Nicolaas Timbergen, Eibl Eibesfeldt, Solly Zuckermann, D.MacFarland, Houston and so many others, had adopted this idea.
Exclusively by the observation, the ethical study of the animal behavior, had facilitated a posterior analisys and the determination of ethology from some of these characteristics that frighten the human kind, for our inability to access them.
The most primitive and the less civilized societies, are the most logic and the most close of this wished behavior.
All the civilized "didactic methods" are radically opposite to the every others animals species, classified, still today, as irrationals.
Since our birth we learn to DON’T do.
At 6 months old we start learning the 2º word "mammy".
So, instead of provide experiences, we teach the obedience.
Others animals, just learn in front of the positive results from their experiences.
